Because we must pay deposits on hotel rooms, guide services, and other elements of the travel package, we are not able to provide refunds. We do, however, allow you to assign any funds you have paid toward the trip to another traveler of your choice.

If you find it necessary to cancel your participation in the trip, let us know who you would like to benefit from the portion of the trip you have already paid, and we will be happy to honor your request.
